At Bowls World, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Here is a breakdown of our shipping options.
UK Mainland Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all purchases (excluding Bowls and Bags) within the UK Mainland, using Royal Mail's 48HR service. This service applies to England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands. Please be aware that deliveries to certain areas in the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day.
For a faster option, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24HR Tracked at checkout for an additional charge. This service provides complete tracking for your peace of mind.
Shipping for Bowls and Bags
Due to their size and weight, Bowls and Bags are dispatched via Royal Mail 48HR Tracked. This applies to deliveries within England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands (including postcodes AB36-38, IV1-39, PA21-40), an additional charge of £10.79 applies. Delivery to these areas typically takes 2–3 working days.
Next-Day Delivery
Need your items urgently? We offer a Next-Day Delivery service from Tuesday to Friday for in-stock items.
- Order Deadline: To qualify, please place your order by 1:00 PM for same-day dispatch.
- Availability: This service is available from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday for next-day delivery will arrive on the following Monday.
- Stock Check: Next-day delivery is only available for items currently in stock. If your chosen product is unavailable, we will contact you by email within one working day to discuss alternative options.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers. For customers outside the UK, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on your country's regulations. If these charges apply, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment before your delivery is completed.
