Our Story
I have spent the last 30 years being involved with lawn bowls in some way, shape or form. For the last 20 years I have been the owner of Bowlsworld. It all started right here in Ipswich, born from a passion for the game and the realisation that it was hard to find real, expert advice from general sports shops. I wanted to create a place where bowlers could come for friendly service and practical guidance from someone who actually plays the game.
What began as a local shop has grown into a one-stop online destination for thousands of bowlers across the UK and the world. But the core principle has never changed. Whether you’re visiting me for an in-person fitting or ordering online, you’re getting that same personal service. It’s been a privilege to help so many players find their perfect set of bowls, and I look forward to helping many more!
