Q: How much will postage cost in the UK
A: Most items are FREE postage in England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands. Those that are not will show a postage inclusive price, so nothing will be added on at checkout.
Q: How much is postage If I live outside the UK
A: Shipping costs will automatically be added to your order, once you have given your address, you will then be able to see exactly how much your total order is before submitting your order.
Q: Do I have to pay VAT.
A: You will have to pay VAT if you live in the EC, if not, and the items you are ordering are to be delivered to a non EU address, please exempt yourself from paying vat in the online ordering process, by ticking the box.
Q: How long will my goods take to be delivered
A: We try wherever possible to despatch your goods by the next day, if they are not in stock you will be notified by e-mail, and asked if you would like us to backorder the item. Bowls are sent by Couriers, all other items are sent by second class or parcel post. You can expect delivery within 3 to 5 days, Overseas order are sent by Royal Mail International Scheduled Service, and Euro 48 Service which is by Air, reaching most Countries within 7 days, and most of main land Europe in 48 hours.
Q. How often do you pick up your e-mail.
A. E-mails are read on a daily basis, and we endeavour to answer them within 24hrs.
Q: What happens if I make a mistake with my purchase
A: You may return any goods which are found to be not suitable within 7 days receiving them, providing they have not been used, you will be given the option of a refund or exchange. All refunds will be made within 30 days. This does no affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Q: Are my bowls guaranteed if Im a overseas customer
A: Any extended guarantees offer by manufacturers on items such as bowls, will not be withstanding on any items which have been taken or shipped outside of the UK. This does not effect your statsatory Righrs, or your Distance Selling Rights as a customer
