Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and click on any items that you wish to purchase. These will be added to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we require to complete your order.

We accept credit card and Paypal payment. If you are shopping from anywhere outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from Sterling tor your own currency. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated into your order, so you may see the total cost before you buy online.

We accept Visa debit, Visa credit Card, Mastercard and Paypal.

Shipping And Handling

All purchases other then Bowls and Bags will be posted FREE by Royal Mail second class post in UK Mainland, unless you have selected First Class or 'Next Day'. If you choose this option there will be an extra charge. These services are by DHL Next working day delivery to England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands. Some Scottish Highlands will take an extra day for delivery. Your order must be placed before noon on a Week day to ensure next day delivery. NOTE : We can only provide this service on items that are in stock. If the item you have ordered is not in stock you will be emailed within 1 working day to be asked how you would like to proceed. Bowls & Bags are posted by DHL service in England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands. Bowls & Bags being sent to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, will cost a further £10.79 on 2-3 day service.

Outside of the UK, purchases will be shipped using DHL Worldwide.

The cost of shipping for our overseas customers will be automatically added to your order in the online ordering process, to let you see the total cost of your purchase before you buy. You may be required to pay import tax on receipt of your order, depending on your own Countries Import Tax Regulations, if so you will be contacted by the carrier to pay any amount due, before taking delivery.

Next Day Delivery, is only available Tuesday to Friday,(Closed Monday's), any items ordered Friday for Next day delivery will be delivered the following Monday. The next day service is only available on items in stock, if in the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item ordered, you will be emailed and offered an alternative. All Orders must be placed by 12.00 Noon to be assured of dispatch the sameday. All Next Day Items will be delivered by DHL and is a trackable service.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to dispatch orders the same working day as received, but this may not be possible during our busy times, (November-December) and (April - May) please bear with us and rest assurred every effort will be made to post your purchases as soon as possible. We are CLOSED Sunday and Monday.

Bowls & Bags and all Next Day : England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands DHL. Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands Next day Service will take 2 days , Cost £10.79. All other items sent UK, FREE by 2nd class Royal Mail (aprox. 5 days for delivery), or First Class if selected.

International Delivery times will vary depending on the Country to be shipped too. The following are scheduled delivery times using the DHL Courier : for Australia 3-5 days, USA/Canada 3-4 days, Far East 5 days, South Africa 5 days, Spain/Portugal 48HR. Tennerife 4 days, Cyprus 4 days. We must stress that these are working days. All overseas purchases are shipped by Air.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

Tax Charges

For all orders delivered to a UK or the European Union address, 20% VAT will be added to your order. For orders delivered to all Non EU address are VAT free and you should tick the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit cards are processed online by payment service provider SELLERDECK PAYMENTS or PAYPAL

Guarantee

Cancellation of Orders. You may return any goods found to be unsuitable, for exchange or refund. You may cancel your order without reason within the 7 day 'cooling off period' begining the day after you receive your goods, and ending on the expiry of 7 working days. The items should not have been used, and should be returned in the orginal packaging. You will be liable for your own postage costs incurred in returning the items to us. We guarantee to refund any monies due within 30 days of cancellation. A deduction will be made for our costs incurred in the return of the items, if we have to arrange for the direct collection of the items.

Any items found to be faulty may be returned for a exchange or full refund. Your return postage costs will be fully refunded on the faulty items. This does no affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints Procedure : Please make your complaint in writing, or via email, stating your name address, order number and the date ordered together with the nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you of how long it will take to resolve and keep you informed.

Overseas Customers, PLEASE NOTE: Any extended guarantees offered by manufacturers on items such as bowls, will not be withstanding on any items which have been taken or shipped outside of the UK. This does not effect your statsatory Righrs, or your Distance Selling Rights as a customer.
