Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and they will be put into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card & Paypal. If you are shopping from anywhere outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from Sterling tor your own currency. Shipping And Handling All bowls posted FREE to England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands by 24 courier service. Extra charge payable to N.I, Scottish Highlands & I.O.M. All purchases other then Bowls and Bags, will be posted FREE by Royal Mail/Other in UK Mainland, Unless you have selected, ‘Next Day., If you choose this option, there will be an extra charge. These services are by DHL Express. Next working day delivery to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Some Scottish Highlands may take an extra day for delivery. Your order must be placed before noon, on a Week day Tues.to Fri. to ensure next day delivery. PLEASE NOTE : We can only provide this service on items that are in stock, if the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be emailed to see if you would like an alternative. Bowls & Bags are posted by DHL Express Services in England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands. Bowls & Bags being sent to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, will cost a further Â£8.99 for a 3 day service.
Outside of the UK, purchases will be shipped using DHL, the cost of shipping for our overseas customers will be automatically added to your order in the online ordering process, to let you see the total cost of your purchase before you buy.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to despatch orders by the same working day, but this may not be possible during our busy times, (November-December) and (April – May) please bear with us, and rest assurred that every effort will be made to post your purchases as soon as possible. Next Day Delivery, is only available Tuesday to Friday,(Closed Monday’s), any items ordered Friday for Next day delivery will be delivered the following Monday. The next day service is only available on items in stock, if in the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item ordered, you will be emailed and offered an alternative. All Orders must be placed by 12.00 Noon to be assured of dispatch the sameday. All Next Day Items will be delivered by interlinkexpress.com and is a trackable service.Email us on the day of delivery if you would like a 1 hour delivery slot of when your item will be delivered that day.”
International Delivery Times will vary depending on the Country to be shiped too. The following are scheduled delivery times, for Australia 3-5 days, USA/Canada 2-3 days, Far East 5 days, South Africa 5 days, Spain/Portugal 2-3 days. Tennerife 4 days, Cyprus 4 days. We must stress that these are working days, All overseas purchases are shipped by DHL Worldwide Air.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed, or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No purchase will be charged for until it is shipped.
Tax Charges For all orders delivered to a UK or the European Union address, 15% VAT will be added to your order. For orders delivered to all Non EU address are VAT free and you should tick the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit cards are processed online by payment service provider PROTX
Guarantee Cancellation of Orders. You may return any goods found to be unsuitable, for exchange or refund. You may cancel your order withour reason, within the 7 day ‘cooling off period’ begining the day after you receive your goods, and ending on the expiry of 7 working days. The items should not have been used, and should be returned in the orginal packaging. You will be liable for your own postage costs incurred in returning the items to us. We guarntee to refund any monies due within 30 days of cancellation, a deduction will be made for our costs incurred in the return of the items, if we have to arrange for the direct collection of the items.
Any items found to be faulty may be returned for a exchange or full refund. Your return postage costs will be fully refunded on the faulty items. This does no affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Overseas Customers, PLEASE NOTE: Any extended guarantees offer by manufacturers on items such as bowls, will not be withstanding on any items which have been taken or shipped outside of the UK. This does not effect your statsatory Righrs, or your Distance Selling Rights as a customer.
Complaints Procedure : Please make your complaint in writing, or via email, stating your name address, order number, and the date ordered, together with the nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you of how long it will take to resolve, and keep you informed.
