| Shipping And Handling All purchases other then Bowls and Bags, will be posted FREE by Royal Mail second class post in UK Mainland, Unless you have selected, First Class, or 'Special Delivery', if you choose this option, there will be an extra charge. These services are by Royal Mail, guarnteed next working day delivery to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Some Scottish Highlands may take an extra day for delivery. Your order must be placed before noon, on a Week day to ensure next day delivery. NOTE : We can only provide this service on items that are in stock, if the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be emailed within 1 working day to be asked how you would like to proceed. Bowls & Bags are posted by Parcel Force 48HR Service in England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands. Bowls & Bags being sent to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, will cost a further £6.50 for 3 day service.Outside of the UK, purchases will be shipped using Parcel Force Worldwide Internatinal Scheduled Service, the cost of shipping for our overseas customers will be automatically added to your order in the online ordering process, to let you see the total cost of your purchase before you buy. |

The items should not have been used, and should be returned in the orginal packaging. You will be liable for your own postage costs incurred in returning the items to us. We guarntee to refund any monies due within 30 days of cancellation, a deduction will be made for our costs incurred in the return of the items, if we have to arrange for the direct collection of the items.Any items found to be faulty may be returned for a exchange or full refund. Your return postage costs will be fully refunded on the faulty items. This does no affect your statutory rights as a consumer.Complaints Procedure : Please make your complaint in writing, or via email, stating your name address, order number, and the date ordered, together with the nature of your complaint.
